Anyone have any clue (1) how much the Angels have to play with, (2) whether they are likely to use it, (3) how much, if any, they have already used, and (4) whether they can trade it for a piece that can help the team right now.

Seems like a lot of teams have been spending their money or trading it for other things of value (draft picks or players), but all has been mostly quiet on the Angels' front in this regard.
