Going on record here, I like AO and am supportive of things that coincide with the Angels winning ball games, dirty socks and self imposed bans included.

I'm notoriously superstitious when it comes to all things baseball.  I never take part in prediction threads for that very reason..  So, that part of me would be uneasy with a AO return -- you cant Eff with a streak!!!!..   The flip side is he can be entertaining when he goes apeshit.  So, if some new poster named ImnotAO or OGSlumpbuster, something along those lines where to show after the all star break I'd have no problem playing stupid and looking the other way.

 

I think putting a limit on self bans in the future is probably a good idea.  To save AO from his willingness to throw himself into the fire for the sake of the team.  AO, if you're reading, no more bans longer than 2-3 weeks...   A guy might be slumping and one of your nickname posts might be needed to get him going right.
