Breakdown of International signings over 2012 to 2013 period and totals. Of course, due to our "system" troubles down South, the Angels only signed 6 players in that span. The next two closest American League teams, the White Sox and the A's, signed 11 players with other teams obviously signing more.

Things are definitely on the upswing down there.  We have a brand new facility, our men on the ground are gaining more of a foothold in the business and we have quite a few Latin American prospects in our system that should make it as big leaguers like Rondon, Sanchez, Diaz and Alcantara.
