Ibanez Homers in 4-0 KC Win over the Twins

Recommended Posts

You knew this was coming, Ibanez homered in tonight's Kansas City Win (4-0) over the Twins.  They won the rubber game of the series.  He must have better mojo dressed in blue rather than red.  In the post game interview he refers to us as "Anaheim", LOL.  It was nice to see him do something positive on the field anyway.

Yes guys, he was going to do what he did here.....it's not outrageous. He hit game winners and clutch hits here too.

The sample size to thread/freakout ratio here is absurd.

Agreed... not that that's going going to stop me from complaining every time Frieri has a good outing, or Bourjos is not horrible :)

He'd still be here if he was utilized in a similar way that John McDonald is, but Sosh seemed to make out his lineup card trying to find a way to force the guy into the lineup. Would it be nice if he was still here in a very limited role, sure, but at the expense of taking at bats away from Calhoun, Cron, Green, etc...NO WAY!

You're the maternal grandmother of this board. Going to wash behind my ears now.

Agreed.

You're entertaining on the other forums brandon, but all you do is complain about the non superfans on here.

Kind of getting old.

Wow 1 home run. Let's act like he's an mvp candidate now

Wow, 1 home run, and I was honestly glad to see him have a little success.  I really like the guy, and his contributions appear to be very limited at this stage of his career.  Anyone reading more than that into what I said to open this thread is just exercising their imagination.

I remember when Vernon Wells lit it up for about a week or so when he went to the Yankees. It was fun to watch.
