Ducks swept the SJS/ANA rookie scrimmage series. From what I heard, Karlsson and Kerdiles were the stars of the games. Both should crack the roster at some point this season.

Rakell played great too.  Not sure how he is a rookie still though.

Yeah, Teemu wasn't watching the same games I was.  He was just getting manhandled in the playoffs.  It was a sure turnover when Teemu had the puck and was skating up the wing to the blue line.  They would just pin him to the boards, and scoop up the puck.

He is really tight with Dean Lombardi from their time in San Jose. That said I don't think he really had a place on the LA roster.

Honestly, I'm on Bruce's side on this. Just because you're Teemu Selanne it doesn't mean you should be guaranteed playing time. Teemu sucked out loud this past season and got the minutes he played cus of it.

 

His retirement night is going to be a lot more interesting now.
