Romo isn't the problem with the Cowboys, he just gets all the flak that goes with it.  Being a Cowboys fan, I'm glad they extended Romo.  They need to improve their lines though.  They have no real pass rusher outside of Ware and their offensive line is horrendous.  Romo is running for his life on almost every play and the fact he can actually make something out of nothing a lot of times is kind of amazing.  The bigger issue with this extension is now that they have money to spend on free agency, they guys they did decide to sign I don't think will make a huge impact.  We better have a good draft or it's going to be another 8-8 season.  I still think something needs to be done with Jason Garrett.  He refuses to give up play calling and he's terrible at it.  The offense runs so much smoother when Romo is allowed to call the plays at the line of scrimmage.

This, from the same owner who fired Coach Chan Gailey after one season, saying "We hire coaches to win Super Bowls", when that team simply didn't have the talent to compete at that level. Jones fancies himself a savvy football man, which he isn't. He is just a rich man with a toy that only a select group of men get, throwing a tantrum whenever things don't go his way.
