He'll get released by the Pirates in a couple months, then get picked up by Toronto and sent to AAA. He'll get released by Toronto during the offseason, and then get picked up by Cincinnati. He'll get called up by Cincy in June of 2015, pitch 4 innings and give up 8 ER, get sent back down, and get released a few weeks later. Milwaukee will pick him up and he'll pitch the rest of the year in their minor league system, before once again being let go in the offseason. He'll pitch a few months in the independent league in 2016 before "retiring" for the rest of the year. In 2017 he will have a change of heart and attempt a comeback. He tries out for a couple teams, ultimately being given a minor league deal for the Yankees. He'll get called up in July of that year and completely dominate. Pitching 30+ innings and putting up an ERA south of 1.50. He'll become the Yankees' closer in 2018 and go on to save 52 games that year, posting an ERA of 1.26 and finishing 3rd in the Cy Young voting.
