After the Ducks had such a difficult time with LA's defense, it will be very interesting how Kane does. I think Toews will get shut down, but Kane will be interesting.

Idk what to think about game 1. Short rest + travel against a rested hawks team at home. I'd be surprised and happy with a win but idk. Gkg.

Also Quick had a tough series last yr in the west finals. Hope he can redeem himself. He needs to get a little more help as well. It felt like the team was relying on quick to do everything last yr.

Blackhawks are not defending Stanley Cup champs for nothing -- good first period for them...........they have  a great coach, too -- although I like our guy better (former Blackhawk!).

 

Gaborick has been huge.......Kings need to keep him for the longer term.

 

This series is gonna be a war -- all the 'pundits' say Blackhawks win it in 6 or 7.
