Started last night's game with a double, had three extra-base hits, and lead off the top of the ninth with a triple that lead to the winning run.  I know he's no Jeter but damn, I loves me some Aybar.

 

Totally expect that he won't lead off again today.

This is what drives you nuts watching him. He is capable of timely hits and spectacular defensive plays. He is also capable of some of the most boneheaded plays you have ever seen. Right now he's on, and I will just enjoy it for what it is.

A whole season of THIS Aybar would be awesome...but like you, I'll believe it when I see it, and enjoy what we're seeing while it is happening.
