Good teams win these suck ass type affairs where the starting pitcher poops in the 6th inning, the bullpen walks a few guys and the offense fails to deliver with RISP.

I enjoyed the game. Plenty of drama, guys like Freeze, Aybar and Kendrick were game changers, the Indians didn't roll over and play dead after falling behind. All in all very entertaining and best is the Angels won.

Glad we got the win!

If there's one thing I could choose (of many) that needs to happen is Herrera. He needs to be off this roster. An absolutely awful display. He needs to be sent down with Grant Green getting the call up. What better time to do this move than for the game we go try for over .500?

These are the types of games they lost in the first 20.  Any win is a good win. 

 

There are still warts, but they have made some adjustments and it's showing.  A couple more and this is a very very good team.  Sure as hell would be nice to get Burnett and DDLR back and if not, bring up Alvarez and see what he's got. 

 

I can't even imagine how good they would be if they hit with RISP.

Good things happen when you preserve the lead in the middle innings. You get their pitch from behind guys instead of your own.

I do have one rant. Every pitcher on the staff should get a good square kick to the nuts whenever he goes 3-2 after being ahead 0-2. Maybe give the catcher one for good measure.
