I don't see what Butcher was supposed to do with Kazmir to "fix" him.

 

Kazmir was even getting shelled pitching for the Sugarland Skeeters against hitters not good enough to earn a spot in a major league organization. I don't know what Kazmir found (and who knows how long it will last - a lot of guys look good in March), but odds are it didn't come from a pitching coach.
