Reverse Rally Monkey

I think we're in store for a lot of this leads that go bye-bye business in 2014.

 

It's not going to be enjoyable.

 

Then again, we might be able to get a new tradition whereby we bring out the monkey in the early innings so that the team can build up as much of a lead as is possible so that we can hopefully weather the inevitable late inning opposition onslaught.

 

We'll have to come up with a catchy new name for the new tradition, though.

How about an airplane that releases fire retardant.

That way when the bullpen comes in to pour gas on the fire, it's all contained.

Bullpen!  Bullpens keep the lead so no reverse rally monkey.  Bullpens also keep a game close so we can rally late.  Our bullpen has sucked for five years...........no one to blame but the front office.
