I think it has to be Albert and Freese.  Caveat would be if Mike does the unthinkable (for him) and actually hits Trout 3 or 4.  Then Trout.

I think the essence of someone stepping up involves going above and beyond expectations, so it can't be Trout or Pujols.  Those two are supposed to be killing it regardless. 

 

For me it's Freese.  He's going to see the majority of the time at cleanup without Hamilton, and a 2012 type of season from him would be huge.

I agree with this. The offense is going to have it's games off, but no way can they survive if the pitching doesn't get it going.
