Baylor breaks his leg on opening season celebrity pitch.

 

Timely hitting by the Angels. Pujols and Hamilton are off to their usual fast starts of leaving a ton of players on base. The bottom of the batting order is non existant. Trout is the only spark on the team with his efforts being wasted. Then to our great pitching staff. Our starters end up throwing 100 pitches by the 5th inning, struggling to get ahead of batters in the count in the 1st 5 innings. Then our bullepin comes in a gets shalacked , with their usual can't hold the lead and having our BP get worn out within the 1st week. Off to a promising nice start angel fans. We should be used to this after the previous season. Another season of no hope being out of playoff hopes within the 1st month of the season. Then the only hope for the rest of the season is to just watch Trout put up MVP numbers. Another season of turning on the tv to watch Mike Trout at bat, than turning the TV off

 

I don't blame Mike Scioscia. There is obvious chemistry issues with him and upper management, but Scioscia can only do so much and watch our ageing super stars like Pujols and Hamilton lack of production and watching Howie Kendrick hit into another double play. I'm hoping for a a change, but  looks like the Angels might be stuck between a rock and hard place. They invested so much money into these veterans.

Yep they shure sucked the first 3 games but im leaning to a 500 April and will me more than happy with that. Still have a long ways to go.

It's a ram shackle. I wouldn't complain if I woke up tomorrow and the entire team (coaches and management included) was wiped clean sans Trout.
