Not to play Monday morning QB, but why the he'll leave CJ in to face Ackley there? He was clearly gassed and Ackley had already burned him once. It was only a 3 run game, you still have 12 outs . . .

 

It'd be nice if someone asked him that question... I'm sure he'll get some nice softballs in the post game presser.

You have to go to the pen at some point, might as well do it before the starter is gassed. With this line of thinking you would be cool if Scioscia left Wilson in until his arm fell off.

This Ramirez guy has owned the Angels two years running now....   Last year, two starts, 1.42 ERA Vs Angels... 4.98 ERA overall

The sad thing is its Weaver and Wilson, the two most reliable starting pitchers who are not getting the job done these two games.
