In 2002 the Angels started the season 0-1.

But seriously last night sucked balls, but this team always seems to bounce back after a crappy game. If they win the next two all will be forgotten.

We can't afford another slow start. We need to go 4-2 to open the season IMO. Given their recent history with slow starts I think it's more important to come out fast then some may think.

Not trying to be a downer just my opinion. I have high hopes for our 1-4 hitters. It's the 5-8 that worry me. Love our rotation, like to see the young guys get their shot. I think we could be that lunch pale/ blue collar type team, and scrap out a solid year. But it must start this week!
