Nothing wrong with that. He just wants to be the one doing the controlling. He makes sure that each purchaser doesn't look like a criminal.

That may happen, but it's not really an issue of Republicans do this or Democrats do that. It's just straight up criminal level corruption. It's been happening since the idea of government was invented, and it happens on all sides.
