I know this is weird but I have been a Buffalo Bills fan my entire life. I grew up in Orange County never really got involved with the Raiders and Rams or Chargers. Jim Kelly is one of my all time favorite players and he and his family has gone through so much with their son passing away at such a young age. Didn't know where to put this topic, so just put it here. Hoping and praying that he recovers fast and they catch this cancer before it gets to far.

This is terrible. Have always thought that Kelly is a class act as well as a fine player.

Jim has had a rough haul lately. Now they say no more surgery.

 

Its in God's hands now.

Seeing this without a response for a while prompted me to look up what Kelly's current situation is. He finished chemotherapy two days ago and has four more radiation treatments left.

He finished his radiation treatments and has left the hospital. He doesn't look too bad, actually.

Saw the trailer on Sports Center this morning when I was getting ready for work, and saw an interview with Jim Kelly. Wonderful news, to be certain.

After the cancer returned twice, Jim Kelly underwent a 12-hour surgery in March to remove it and reconstruct his upper jaw. In June he underwent another surgery.

Now tests have shown no signs of cancer.

What a fighter!
