Calhoun is doing a a great job of making people forget about Peter Bourjos.

Why? What is the correlation?

We could have had an OF of Trout, Bourjos, and Calhoun with Hamilton DH'ing instead of Ibanez.

That would have been an exceptional defensive OF, perhaps the best in the Majors.

Thank you SO MUCH for posting this recap. I'm laid up after a surgery and can't watch tv. Nice to read what has been happening. Offense is looking good! Really appreciate the time and effort you go through to keep us updated!

No problem. I post what I can here at work, mostly when the Angels are putting together good innings and how a starting pitcher is looking through a game. CJ ended his start well. Was the victim of some defensive hiccups in the first 2 innings and labored a bit in the 5th. Overall a CJ-esque start.

I don't know why you guys respond to him anymore.   If you see "Bourjos" and the orange jersey, [Dory voice]just keep scrolling, just keep scrolling.[/Dory voice]

Yeah, and then we could have signed Figgy to play third.

Damn.

Hard to help if one is sitting on injured reserve. This is assuming that PB would have been healthy enough to play. He is always injured, which is a shame - otherwise it would be a great defensive outfield.
