You got Barack Obama securing the black vote, and most of the minority vote with his endorsements/campaigning.  Bill Clinton that can secure the White vote.  Hillary Clinton that can secure a large portion of the womens vote.  

 

Thats pretty much all you need.  Anyways this is just my opinion and I would be happy to receive feedback on my opinion.

Presidential elections hinge on a few swing states.  They usually vote based on economy. Assuming the Republicans win the senate this November, they will probably be the ones who secure the presidency for the Dems in 2016.

Actually I don't think Biden is dumb or crazy.  I just think most of these lifetime politicians, especially the ones that have been in the upper levels of power feel like they can pretty much do or say anything (except maybe during the election) without any real challenges to it.  Biden knows he can make that statement and probably nobody in the press is even going to call him out on it.

 

He is what he is, just another sold out politician suckling off of the teat of the american people.
