Report: Giants’ Zito scammed out of $3M in fitness software scheme

Recommended Posts

San Francisco Giants starting pitcher Barry Zito was reportedly scammed out of $3 million by a company called dotFIT, started by Zito's friend Michael Clark. Zito invested $3 million into the company, which also counts Madonna and Dr. Oz as investors. He thought he'd be getting a 15 percent stake in the company for his investment, but instead, his money was put toward paying off outstanding debts the company had.

While the Giants made a mistake giving Zito that contract, they do have 2 out of the last 3 World Series wins.

Our recent 250 million investment hasn't even paid off with a playoff game yet.

40+ million, so far, to Wells hasn't even paid off with one f'n win in over 300 games played since.

Not sure us Angel fans should be laughing at anyone, when it comes to stupid, huge, contracts.

Doesn't that contradict the whole "homebrewer" ideal?

Sure does...but hey, it is still a nice thought.

We are in the process of building a malting, kilning, and roasting operation that will be the first of it's kind in California.

Small batches of specialty grain that will be available to homebrewers in our area. Local grown barley, malted locally. Keeping it local and in tune with true homebrewer ideals.

Just hurts to think about 3 mil thrown away to some f'n excersize equipment scammers.
