Is Boehner's Job in Jeopardy?

I really wish the whole Tea Party phase in the Republican party would crawl back to their 18th century lair.

In my opinion this has to happen for me to ever vote for the GOP again, and I will, done it many times but as it stands now they don't squelch these nuts, I will take Honey Boo Boo's mom.

Don't you dare vote for Hillary.

Not likely, exactly my point.  Nix the Tea Party whacks and give me someone.  I did say to my wife back when that Hillary would most likely be a better choice than Obama in the primaries. I want to vote for the GOP, they are just a mess is all.  Then again I think the powers that actually run the country pick whichever sucker they find and let the media slay them while they overlord us.  Long as my stocks are up, which are the folks who run things, a gerbil can be POTUS anymore.

"Conservatives helped Republicans win a majority in the House of Representatives, which made it possible for John Boehner to become Speaker. Unfortunately, he has chosen to ignore us and help President Obama enact his liberal agenda."

i'm not well versed in a lot of this, but i can't begin to think this statement is true in any way. boehner always seems to be the one holding up the process instead of trying to find common ground.

i think he's been a horrible speaker and would love to see someone else replace him.

they try my patience, but i find myself liking several of their ideas. i wish they wouldn't always come off as such whack jobs. it might make it easier to unite the republicans if they looked more moderate.

The problem with The Tea Party is that it is not what it was intended to be. They were supposed to focus on fiscal issues and downsizing the government. Instead they were hijacked by the religious right. Ever since then they have been ridiculed by a heavy majority of the country.

Agree. It was actually a movement to get a little excited about at inception, kinda like Star Wars Episode I

Tea Party is GOP 100% but tries to mask it as something else.  They claim revolution but there really is none.  Look at Mitt.  Guy who outsources jobs and shuts down companies for a living was a Tea Party dream.  Revolution my ass.  Or was he really just anybody they could find to run under GOP?   The Democrats are beatable, the GOP keeps themselves out of politics without any help.

It appears many Americans evaluate our government's actions as mostly incompetent with some corruption sprinkled in and IMO that usually emerges logical, particularly at the city, county and state level. At the Federal level as incompetence and corruption still exist I think both major parties are scared shit of the subtle yet potent people that put them in office and it has had an effect on this country's direction and  role in thhe world.

So Boehner is too liberal. Not sure what fantasy world these people live in, but I want no part of it.

Both the Tea Partyers and the rest of the Republicans are afraid that dividing will be a repeat of Perot and the Reform Party that allowed the Dems to skip into office with little opposition.

They are rapidly turning themselves into a fringe party with little connection with what most Americans believe.
