I'll you what, if Taijuan Walker and a couple of their other young arms in Seattle pitch well, Seattle will be a team to watch out for. Pitching wins games and Felix, Iwakuma, Walker, Ramirez, Baker, and Paxton has the potential to be deadly.

I agree, they could surprise people, kind of like what the Pirates did this year.  But even if their pitching is strong, they will still need to sign another bat (like Morales or Cruz), hope for a few breakout seasons from their younger players, and have Cano play like Cano.  Lots of questions marks, but with a few breaks they could be a solid team.

I agree in the sense that Seattle has the SP talent necessary to raise some eyebrows, but I believe it will take more than that to take the West. Although, they could very well turn out to be the biggest mlb surprise this season.
