A friend of mine works for a company that makes the alcohol breathalyzers.   They said that the ones for marijuana are in the testing stages.

Once those are as accurate as the alcohol ones, then it's time for the country to decriminalize marijuana and treat it like alcohol, once and for all.

How much money has been lost by the government fighting drug wars.   Has it done any good?

She got the maximum sentence, 30 years to life. 

Very contrite in court, for whatever that's worth.

A fitting sentence.  Some decisions have more consequences than others.

This will keep happening as long as we let people get away with drunk driving with little more than a slap on the wrist.

Drunk driving = attempted manslaughter and should be prosecuted that way.  First offense should be years in jail.

Good... let her rot in prison.  She's a menace.

If she behaves well in prison she may get out when she's 60 or so.

Hope to God she doesn't get in a car drunk again.
